Hello beautiful community! I hope everyone is having a great October 🙂 with Mother Nature dressing up in beautiful colors, cool breeze & cozier evenings. I love it!
During transitioning of the seasons a lot happens to the human body as well, I invite you to slow down a little bit and pay closer attention to your human needs, to your cravings for certain food, beverages, even your yoga practice may need something more, like exploring classes with more movement, mild heat or perhaps is restoration or a gentle stretch, or a combination of them all ;)Pay attention to what your inner self is asking for.

Yoga allows you to find an inner peace that is not ruffled and riled by the endless stresses and struggles of life.
